Kids’ Helpful Guide

Part of GIFTS Lessons in Loss series. A wonderful creative support aid for children. This activity guide is filled with age-appropriate tasks to help children navigate loss and grief. The whole guide can be coloured and decorated as the child decides.

A cram-packed journal with 130+ pages of tailormade activities, created to help children manage when a loved one is seriously ill. This guide is aimed at children aged 7-11 years.

The artwork is created so that you can colour it in and make your journal look how you want it to. We recommend using coloured pencils or crayons. The pages have been created in a deliberate order but you don't necessarily need to stick to it.
