In being crowned 2023/24 Premier League champions, Manchester City achieved something previously seen as impossible.

Pep Guardiola's history-making side became the first men's team in the history of English football to win four top-flight titles in a row.

In the previous 136 years of football on these shores, Huddersfield Town, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United (twice) had all managed three in a row - but four remained the impossible task... until now.

City's 3-1 victory over West Ham on the final day sealed this unprecedented feat and ensured Guardiola's men notched yet another historic achievement.
