Arthur, a street cleaner in Whitechapel, stumbles upon a woman’s mutilated corpse. He instantly makes a connection to the infamous Jack the Ripper, but nobody in town believes him. Fuelled by his sister’s untimely disappearance, Arthur takes to the streets to find the killer himself. But as a pacifist how will he comprehend a violent psychopath?

Tina, a young assassin from the famous Ruh guild–a group of Peacekeepers–attempts to live quietly in Whitechapel. She struggles to deal with her traumatic past and her thirst for revenge against her family’s murderer leads her down a dark path. That is, until her path intertwines with Arthur’s.
