This novel, the first in a trilogy, is a dystopian, psychological drama exploring perspectives of truth through the ordinary daily existence of people - people like you and me. Creating a tapestry of ‘wyrdness’ - the book is a fable hiding an alternative reality - an underlying truth that emerges behind each character within each chapter as it makes a journey from the one to the other - disturbing yet oddly humorous. As the ‘Reviewer’ said - the way this book holds up a mirror to my own life, sometimes quite painfully, makes for not just a good, but a truly extra-ordinary piece of literature.
