A concept is described for the creation of matter from energy based on an entity I have named a forcicle, an entity of energy, which must form the basis for a theory for everything. It is a building block for matter but will not really be understood until a method has been discovered for studying forces and forcicles, the basic building blocks of life. Only then will it be possible to fill in the blanks to create a real theory for everything. This theory describes one possible format which seems to encompass everything necessary, not only for the creation of matter and life but also for matter itself to be recycled indefinitely. It also described what light, heat and frequency could be. This may or may not be close to the truth but if it makes people think, then this document will have served its purpose.
