Michelle Benjamin

A story for all ages. Adults and children alike. Molly who is a writer discovers Tommy Tip Top at the bottom of the magnolia tree in her garden. Tommy lives in the tree with friends and family but as far as he is aware cannot be seen by the human eye. Mollys cat Basil is stirred by a noise behind the tree. Molly investigates what Basil is startled by. His eyes are fixated to the ground. Molly bends down on her knees to look a bit closer. She is convinced that it is probably a frog as they come into the garden quite often. As Molly gets closer she becomes aware that it is not a frog. Tommy looks afraid . He cowers down hoping that Molly cannot see him. After all humans cannot see the Tip Tops. Molly let's out a gasp. She cannot believe her eyes. Molly leans down and picks up Tommy in the palm of her hand. Tommy closes his eyes he has no idea what this human will do or say. Will she hurt him? He doesn't know. Molly gently sits back in the chair with Tommy in her hand. Who are you, what are you? Molly whispers.

I am Tommy Tip Top please don't hurt me. He whimpered.
