__________

Founder of Ludor Mindful Living Vanessalanier Hawkins, brings a guide to becoming a better version of ourselves.

The Journey of the Subconscious Minds is about freeing the mind while reprogramming the soul, this book aspires to awaken the conscious of an individual and leads to their betterment.

IN THIS BOOK YOU WILL LEARN TO

Harness the power of imagination

Find your inner voice

Understand your subconscious mind

Live purposefully

And many more ways to be a better, healthier, happier and conscious you!

The highest hope for this book is to inspire people to get in tune with who they are and not confining themselves to their limitations.

This book is written to show people that they, too, can create their reality and if willing, can learn the subtle art of imagination.

There are many books out relating to mental fitness and positive outlooks on life. However, not all are relatable. The title drew my attention because I love psychology but it’s far more than psychology. It’s about life and how we choose to view life. How we view our circumstances and situations that arise in our lives. It’s an eye opener to the things we subconsciously allow in our life space to slow us down including our own selves. It’s also a motivator towards self improvement. Procrastination and the damage it can do if left to roam freely; is one of the many topic covered in the book. It’s not just a motivational book it’s a thinking book. It provokes thought and reflection. I purchased the hard copy and decided to start reading on kindle early. I’ve already finished the book but it’s also one of those books you can actually go back to for reference and a reminder of where you started or even to gain a different understanding. It’s well worth the purchase and read. Customer Review
