Crime is on the increase in the city and the teenage culprits are proving more challenging to stop than the Fallen.New Orleans is in trouble…Inside the convent the tension is equally thick and tempers are beginning to fray. Half the building is in ruins, the other half is barely habitable, yet angelic duties must continue.
