My Kingdom is Not of This World began just as ‘thoughts’, which I believe are from the Holy Spirit. I noted them down over a period of about a year, with weeks in between each one. I then felt to combine them under ‘one umbrella’, and in so doing, this thought led me to find a publisher. Hopefully these short writings will send out messages that all Christians need to bear in mind. During the time spent writing them, I felt encouraged myself, and more determined to live as I am called to live. Perhaps we might find some of God’s requests for righteous living quite demanding and wonder if we are able to do all that He asks! But as St. Paul says in Phillipians 4:13 ‘ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ May we all take this thought on board.
