Colin Cox has been writing poetry intermittently for the last four decades. He writes in an accessible style believing that the purpose of writing poetry is to communicate, and therefore it should not be deliberately obscure or difficult to interpret. A Walk on the Moor is the first published collection of his poems which comprises an eclectic mix, but has a central theme of life, love and relationships running through it. Included is one poem about each of his two granddaughters: Playing with Hannah (Aged 4 ¼) and Miss Eleanor Faith Pollard.
