AGES: 8 plus AUTHOR: Frances Durkin is a historian and children’s author from Yorkshire who now lives and works in Buckinghamshire. She is the author and co-creator with illustrator Grace Cooke of The Histronauts book series for b small publishing. Frances is currently researching her PhD in Medieval History at the University of Birmingham and is passionate about sharing her love of history with a wide audience.
Grace Cooke is an illustrator and animator from the south of England. She studied special effects at the Wimbledon College of Art and moved on to study her masters degree at the National Film and Television School. As well as being involved with various animation projects,
