Called to Serve is a timely addition to the rich treasure of highly recommended Christian resources available in our time. The author addresses one of the greatest challenges church leaders face - lack of committed workers. The passion and boldness with which the book is written makes it all the more captivating and at the same time challenging. The chapter on submission is so practical and pointed that rarely will anyone read it without seeing something to work on prayerfully. The addition of suggested prayer points at the end of each chapter is a testament to the powerful desire of the author to see the body of Christ change more to the image of Christ the head.
