Howlet and Twit are the youngest members of the Owl family. They are twins. Sometimes they are indulged and sometimes they are sat upon, just like everyone else. But one day Twit and Howlet build themselves a home-made hot-air ballon and lift themselves away from the nightly rows about the television. Up, up, up they drift into the unknown with their Wellingtons, sun-spectacles and mousewhiches. Climb aboard Twit and Howlet’s home-made ballon adventure. What will they see floating high up and away through sunsets and rainstorms? Where will their journey end? The South Pole? Devon? Belgium, perhaps?
