Reasonable Doubts

Counsel for the defence Guerrieri is asked to handle the appeal of Fabio Paolicelli, sentenced to sixteen years for drug smuggling. The odds are stacked against the accused: he initially confessed to the crime and was a neo-Fascist thug. The intervention of Paolicelli’s beautiful Japanese wife overcomes Guerrieri’s reluctance. Things get complicated when Guerrieri ends up in bed with her.
