Relevant History of Mankind

What is relevant in history? Are nearly all, or most of the names dates and other details which fill the thousands of pages of many-volumed histories of the world relevant? Nathan Schur certainly does not think so. Most details are completely trivial except to a small group of dedicated specialists in the field. This does not mean, however, that all history is trivial. Far from it. History is both fascinating and important. In this book the author has tried to limit the text to conclusions and to mention only what is really worth remembering.
