Sharpening the Development Process: A practical guide to monitoring and evaluation

This book provides a detailed introduction to the process of developing monitoring and evaluation systems which will provide a foundation on which to develop personal and organisational learning. It is based on INTRAC’s research, consultancy and training work and is rooted in real experiences.
