Making Valuing People Work: Strategies for change in services for people with learning disabilities

Based on the findings of a two and half year research programme undertaken by the Norah Fry Research Centre, this timely report examines the strategic changes that are occurring within learning disability services as a result of the 2001 Valuing People White Paper.
