Letters to Helen comprises around 30 letters from over 1000 written between Edward and Helen Thomas during their 21 years together. Spanning the early years of the century and the First World War, the letters are a testament to the love and admiration that existed between the couple, and documents of the couple’s friendship with Lawrence, Ivor Gurney, Robert Frost and many other major figures of the age.
