Published in partnership with Spitalfields Life, this is a timely and beautiful book on the small, traditional shopfronts of London by artist Eleanor Crow.
As our high streets become either bland copies of each other or slip into decline, these beacons of traditional shop life offer beautiful shop windows, typography and history.

Covering over 80 shopfronts, the book features beautiful watercolour illustrations of the capital’s bakers, cafes, fishmongers, greengrocers, chemists, launderettes, hardware, paper/print places and little vintage shops. Each shop is accompanied by information on the shop, its history, owners and location. As our traditional high street life disappears, Eleanor Crow captures our passing trade.
