In 1983 she was appointed as a National Coach with the responsibility for Women’s Rowing. Over the next 18 years as well as promoting women’s rowing and coach education, Rosie held various roles in the international team. In 2001, Rosie was appointed as the Technical Co-ordinator for British Rowing and has worked through a very successful period for the GB Rowing Team. 119 colour photographs and 33 diagrams
