In the second instalment in the trilogy, it has been two years since Eden first spent her summer in Santa Monica, and within this time she has moved permanently to the city with her mother. Tyler’s tour has wrapped up and he is spending the summer in New York to relax before coming home, so Eden is invited out to enjoy her summer in the Big Apple alongside him.

This time, they are alone with no parents, and there’s no point in pretending that there’s nothing between them. Over the summer they fall even more in love with each other despite the numerous challenges placed in their way. And when they finally travel home to Santa Monica they decide to tell their parents the truth about their relationship. Eden’s father is livid at the news and kicks both Eden and Tyler out of the house in disgust.

Then, just when they need each other most, Tyler drops a bombshell on Eden…
