Eventually Lynn finds stability when she trains as a nurse and gives us a fascinating insight into the bottom of the health heap: the US public health sector.

Having survived some of the hardest blows life can deal, Lynn somehow keeps her faith in humanity and in herself, emerging ready to face the future, whatever it may hold.
