A triptych: - an executive from a packaging company makes a presentation - a 40-year old actress with the mind of a child entertains two men - the hideous story of multiple murderer James Inwood is narrated using statements and testimonies from the infamous trial. Philippe Minyana’s unique style and form, using real-life commentary, social issues viewed through the lens of popular poetry, non-dramatic structure and punctuation-free prose has made him the most famous of French living playwrights.
Habitats was part of the National Theatre’s ‘Channels’ project, a series of contemporary French plays read in translation at the Lyttleton in June 2002.
