This is the story of two little Black girls who are sisters: Mae and Lulu. They go on a vacation to Trinidad and Tobago with their parents. During their time in Trinidad, they visit several attractions and even play mas in a Carnival band. After enjoying Carnival celebrations, they head to the sister isle of Tobago; where they swim in a nylon pool in the middle of the ocean . The girls tell the story from their point of view, taking in all of the sights Trinidad and Tobago has to offer.
