The land of Maingard has been invaded by an army from another dimension. Accompanied by Bex (the thief) and her symbiot refugee from another destroyed world, Ishtara, Prince Garlen leads his men in a desperate attempt to rescue his sisters. But will he be Garlen the Warrior or Garlen, the Lord of the Inns as he is derogatively known by the citizens of Tannaheim.
