When I was 12 years old I got an ED, Anorexia to be exact. I became
obsessed with my body image and weight. It all started in march of
that year when I tried a drinking 4L of water a day challenge, I became
less hungry and lost a kilo in a couple of days. I became addicted to
the feeling of stepping on the scales and seeing the number lower than
the last time. But it wasn't enough for me. I stopped eating at school
and soon found my weight going down quicker than before but sure
enough that soon plateaued and I needed to do something more
drastic.
