It is 1890, and an ordinary day in Applethorpe where Isabel and Peter take a walk from Backworth Manor into the woods. Along the way, they meet Victoria their friend, who is a ghost. She sings, she dances and can vanish and reappear, and even talk to the squirrels. Soon there are adventures! Answering a Wizard's call for help, Victoria and the children travel back in time to rescue a missing child at King Arthur's Camelot. But who is the mysterious white cat who helps them? Back in the present, Cora in her wheelchair comes to stay, and Victoria and her friends listen to the lovely, healing song of the Ghost Princess. There are more adventures when the children travel back in time again to meet the boy King, Edward VI at Hampton Court Palace. Can Victoria's powers protect everyone from the sorceress Morgana? Why not come along and join in the fun and adventures of the wonderful days of Victoria, the friendly ghost!
