This is a story about how a 70 year old man befriends a young ex soldier. The old man tells the soldier how his estranged daughter is being robbed, beaten and abused by her ex partner a local thug. It is also a story of the soldiers attraction to a young girl who cleans the very bench the two friends sit on, but the soldier doesn't know her name or why she cleans it. The two friends join together to protect the older man's daughter but this proves difficult, so they eventually decide to take what turns out to be an essential retribution against her abusive ex partner. But someone in this story is hiding an unbelievable secret that will change all their lives forever.
