In the small town of Whiteford, Maryland, Selena Gray feels trapped. She dreams of escaping a life filled with catering to her stepfamily's every whim and need, to pursue her goal of getting into a great university. Now more than ever does she want to leave the town that has become rampant with murders from an unknown serial killer, which the town's sheriff has yet to find. With her best friend and wannabe detective, Jessica "Jay" Keng, Selena is dragged into a dangerous game that could very well be the end of her.
