The Third Adventure of Bobby the Robin
Malcolm Fearnside
Bobby wakes up at first light and starts building his first nest. At first, he doesn't have the skill to get the twigs to stay together. With a partially completed nest, the Sheriff arrives and arrests him for building without permission in the Grand Ducs' wood.
He is tried, found guilty and given sixty hours of Community Service, but allowed to complete his nest. His barrister, a Little Owl, introduces him to the jury and the Grand Duc.
Bobby is not happy, but has to tell his hedgerow friends, about the trial.
