The Pope is dead... At first everyone in the Vatican believes he died of natural causes, but Cardinal Paolo Foscari isn't so sure. She alone is the only person capable of providing him with all the back-up and assistance he will need in order to accomplish his task... And what happens next is the stuff of nightmares...!!!
