During one summer in Victorian times, Isabel and Peter come to stay with their Aunt Emma at Backworth Manor near the coast. They soon make a new friend, Victoria the friendly Ghost who joins them in their amazing adventures. She sings, she laughs and she can vanish and re-appear.
