NOCTURNAL BODY GYMNASTICS is the story of Karina, a woman who runs away from her husband and daughter, Jaki and Keso respectively, from the rural Tamb village, for a new life in Fort city. The economic meltdown causes the redundancy of her husband from the construction industry. There is corruption and general lawlessness in Fort city. The affected victims are the poor people. Karina meets her old friend, Lexus, who helps her join the vending business. Karina enjoys the power and benefit of true friendly love as she meets other versatile vendors, Beebow and Lussa, who both stand by her side. This togetherness is a blessing in comforting Karina’s troubled heart.

The jeopardized Jaki and his dejected daughter, Keso, fend for themselves in the rural Tamb village. Jaki resorts to heavy drinking to cushion his predicament. The lone daughter lives a pathetic life and grows up without motherly care, love and guidance.

This book also highlights on some marriages people engage themselves in and the nature of weddings undertaken. There is an exposure of fake and righteous pastors. An overview of genuine and plastic politicians is demonstrated. Decisions made by politicians determine the way their people live. Pastors and politicians can either uplift the standard of people’s lives or bring them down to their knees. There is an acidic attack on egregious politicians as the root cause of the suffering of the people in all continents. The taste of the pudding is in the eating.
