This the true story of Thomas. It begins with the experiences of a young boy from a big family struggling his way through childhood. The council estate he lived on had turned rough, but he’d learned to adapt to his surroundings and survive as best he could. He couldn’t expect any help from his mother, after all. Thomas had always wanted to be a millionaire and devised various ways to make money; not all of them quite legit. At the same time, he loved people who made it big through their own efforts, but had no respect for the ones who’d been given money from their parents. They thought they had good business skills when they really had nothing. After finally achieving his goal, Thomas realised he didn’t really need much for himself. He still bought his clothes from eBay and stole trainers from the gym as before, so he started to give money away to his children and other family members. He also got pleasure from helping pensioners and a couple of single parents in his community, especially at Christmas. He thinks he’s a success for two reasons: One, he’s well over-reached his one-million goal, and two, he’s made quite a few people happy!
