Everybody’s life is woven from strands that join and bind, all formed by significant events and moments as you travel along your road. Each story takes different directions as it moves, sometimes flowing gently along forming knots of precious memories or those of difficult mountains that must be climbed.During my time on this planet I find that when something happened or I felt a need to express my feelings, words would flood into my head and they always seem to end up rhyming. I could express what I wanted to say better in a verse than talking out loud.

Over the years I have written poems for friends and family or just for myself. Looking at everyday life, some are humorous whilst others tenderly touch on emotions, offering support and comfort in knowing there is someone else out there just like you! I have played around with a selection and have put them into categories covering Family, Friendships, Stories that need to be told, Support, Troubled Minds and Dark Moments and Death.

I hope that reading these you will connect with some, gain inspiration from others or just enjoy a good story.
