It is a place that is uncultivated, uninhabited, and inhospitable; however, spiritually, this is a place where development is met and growth occurs hence, Exodus. Have you ever arrived at a place you wish to escape, to get out of, to exit? And as much as you want to move to something better–something great–reaching the goal can be challenging.This devotional will take you on an isolated journey while helping you discover powerful truths. When I began this journey, I wanted to simply capsulize 40 lessons from the Old Testament wilderness wandered by the Israelites; however, each chapter I discovered so much more. Exodus is packed with layers of rich themes and countless lessons to learn. These chapters and personal notes, reflect my attempt to distill powerful, relevant themes from this amazing time in history that can transform our lives today.
