He manages Smethwick Heritage Centre museum and has written several publications for them. He has also written several plays. Sparks On Track 1969 - 1979 is his fourth book on music, following on from Alice Cooper In The 70s, Black Sabbath In The 70s and Alice Cooper In The 80s. He also writes for Power Play magazine, and has contributed to a documentary on Alice Cooper.
