Blue Mean1e: King of the Streets

The Blue Meanie is a Tarmac-terrorising Boy Racer who thinks that he’s the King of the Streets. When he finds himself among the real speed-freaks at the drag strip, though, he finds that a bad attitude won’t get him very far.
