Detective Inspector John Jackson is working on a drug smuggling case with his team when they are called to a warehouse where the body of a dead man has been found.
While trying to discover the identity of the man they are informed that Jessica Franks, a colleague who works for the Swedish Police, has apparently had an accident while at work. When he is told of her sudden and unexpected resignation he is worried.
