The Purpose of Parables

So why did Christ start teaching in Parables? He had not done so for the first part of his ministry … so why did He start? That is what the disciples wanted to know and His answer was … Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. So who were the ‘you’ and who were the ‘them’?And how do parables reveal the secrets to the ‘you’ but conceal the meaning from the ‘them’? These are the questions this book seeks to answer.
