The Rescue

Beautifully illustrated throughout, this 837-word story is suitable for ages 8 - 9. The Moon features a more demanding text with extended vocabulary and literary devices. Metaphor and technical language is introduced and illustrations no longer support the text directly. The Moon is part of Ransom Reading Stars, a structured programme for children learning to read.
