He has been able to capture it all - from his childhood memories of growing up in a somewhat non-conventional home to an incredible wide-ranging career in the creative arts, and his remarkable cancer journey. The focus on his working years, in particular, and the detail with which he goes into while recounting the film shoots that he worked on, is unique in this genre and makes for a very entertaining read.
