The year is 870 AP, according to the Calendar of Aeon Power.

Yet even with this uneasy peace crime has only increased across the universe, with outlaws known as Galactic Runners running across millions of star systems. Out of all these Galactic Runners, the most infamous of them are known as the X-Thieves.
