Determination: I Am Pressing On: 21-Day Devotional

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14) In this passage in Philippians, the reader experiences Paul at his most passionate self. For Paul looking Back is not a good idea but pressing on is the better idea. He explicitly, clearly and plainly says that he is forgetting what lies behind . He refers to what has happened in the past as loss in the middle of chaos. In this era of determination and pressing on, I encourage each of us to leave our guilt, mishaps and mistake in the pass where they belong. Let us press on towards a Christ-centered life, leaving behind our self-centered lives.
