Lou Grimes is an ex-Chicago Police Detective who lived through the Stock Market Crash, The Great Depression and the Race Riots. He was on a downward spiral until he begins working as a Private Detective which leads him to mysteries that need unraveling, murders that need solving and a twist of events where he is introduced to his ghostly cousins and enters into a strange partnership. The Moors finds Lou in a city where people are going missing and a crazed lunatic is on the loose in the shadows of City of Chicago!
