This workbook was made for the person searching for more. More within themselves and more within the group they have chosen to surround themselves with. As you navigate through these pages you will be prompted to bring deep seeded thoughts and feelings to light. In those precious moments you will be able to finally get a grasp on them, confront them, then take steps forward. The best part about it is your circle will be walking right alongside you. This workbook was inspired by two different sources. The first source was a home group/bible study I am a part of. I like the aspect of getting together with girlfriends every week to discuss a specific topic and working through it together. There is structure, purpose, and above all else GRACE. It is a safe space. The other aspect came from regular girls’ nights, either on a friend’s couch, the back of a boat, surrounding a fire pit, or whatever the landscape was. We would get to talking about those hard questions of life that we are conditioned not to speak about. The kind of questions that keep you up at night all alone… and you know what? Every single time we stayed on the topic for HOURS. Laughing, crying, pausing, and growing together. It became clear that we crave these conversations, we need a space where we can take the mask off and just BE. Welcome to that space, sis. Painful? Maybe. Transforming? Absolutely.
