At a tender age, Ellen Higgins got inspired by her missionaries back home in Liberia, Grand Bassa County, who used to help the less privileged family and church members in their church Calvary Chapel Liberia. Three years later, her missionaries travel to Canada along with some of her siblings, mom and stepdad in 2005. In 2009 & 2010 she became a stay at home, and she got impressed with the Canadian system by sharing and taking care of the low income families in their country, giving free food at the Food Bank. This encouraged her to make the difference in her country Liberia, West Africa and open a Food Bank as well.
