Murder of a Titanic Survivor

Detective Sergeant Roy Selby is called to LaSalle Park in Burlington where a gardener has unearthed a skeleton. The coroner arrives and says it was murder. A label is found on a shred of blanket taken from the grave. It reads Titanic. Who was this person? Why were they murdered? And what’s the connection with the Titanic? Selby begins a long, long journey into the past. Margaret Iles is a retired medical secretary living in Burlington, Ontario. She is of Metis heritage, born in Toronto. Her love of history led to studies at the University of Toronto. She is the mother of five grown children. Swimming is her favourite sport as is walking. She joined the local library when she was five years old.
