Hello, Daisy!
Melanie Grenier
A trapped flower becomes a gentle reminder about caring for the earth. What a beautiful day! Daisy greets the morning sun, the bee, the cloud, and the wind. All is sweet and cheerful and as it should be ? until the little flower notices something heading straight towards her. Suddenly, she is immersed in total darkness. Could it be nighttime already? Daisy is all alone in the dark, afraid and confused. The mystery is solved when readers see two children lifting away a paper cup, which was littered on the ground, trapping Daisy beneath it. As quickly as it came, the darkness is gone! Daisy greets the light and the children with joy.
