Marine Rescue volunteer Shiraz Jones is training for her qualified crew certificate when she's inadvertently drawn into a spooky investigation.

Lady Dulvington is convinced a restless spirit is haunting her country house, Alnchurch Park, and she asks Shiraz to investigate. In return, she agrees to donate a significant sum to Redcliff Marine Rescue.

Shiraz believes the apparition is of human origin, and she begins questioning suspects. Then Lady Dulvington employs a professional paranormal investigator, and Shiraz finds herself feuding with him as they each try to convince her their theories are correct.
